Ham hock & pork belly terrine, brushed toast, homemade PICCALILLI.

Caramel onion & leek tart,melting YELLISON’S goat’s cheese, dressed leaf salad.

Mains

WEAVERS’ traditional meat and potato pie, all butter short crust, white onion relish, glazed roots or winter greens

Macaroni cheese with cauliflower, leeks, jervaulx blue; mixed leaf salad or crispy fried skins.

Griddled local CHICKEN FILLETS,mushrooms, scallions & cream [fricassee],crisp potato cubes, winter greens.    

Seared fillet of salmon, creamy mash  potato, winter greens, ‘salt & pepper sauce   with capers and green peppercorns

Puds

The pud’ for a day.(ask dinner lady)
