Crisp hearts of gem lettuce, spiced pear, blue cheese, walnut mayo.


Caramelised onion tart, a melt of Yellison’s farm goat’s cheese, Yorkshire hemp dressing.

Breast of local farm chicken, oat flakes, thyme & lemon butter stuffing, bread sauce cream, duck fat roast potatoes, AGA roast shallot gravy.


Pan seared salmon, crushed organic potatoes, braised chicory & gem lettuce, light cream & parsley sauce.


Field and woodland mushroom risotto, ALLERDALE cheese shavings.
